Habitat Holds Upper Keys Ground Breaking.

On a recent Saturday morning in June Habitat for Humanity of the Upper Keys held a ground breaking ceremony at MM 99 in the Median.  The ground breaking was for a multi unit housing structure consisting of five units which are named after long time board member Bob Holzman who passed away in 2008.  The Holzman Homes will provide much needed affordable housing in the Upper Keys with a low cost, no-profit, mortgage provided to the homeowners.
