    Keys Heights - 88670 Overseas Highway

    The project, located at mile marker 89 bayside, consists of 2 stand-alone one-story elevated units with an elevated up/down duplex in the middle, for a total of 4 units. Each consisting of 3-bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Scheduled for completion December, 2021.

    Habitat Upper Keys evaluates applicants and selects prospective homeowners based on 3 criteria: housing need, ability to pay and willingness to partner. The partnership begins months in advance of moving in and includes putting in 250-350 hours of sweat equity. The ability to pay criteria includes a minimum credit score, income and other factors. Upon completion of construction, homeowners enter into a 0% interest mortgage with the amount based upon what they can afford to pay.

    Coral Isles Parcel - Wrenn Street

    The project, located across from Coral Shores High School on Wrenn Street, consists of 5 stand-alone one-story elevated units. Each consisting of 3-bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This project is currently in the planning phase with the Village of Islamorada, and is tentatively scheduled for completion in early 2023.

This project is currently in the planning phase with the Village of Islamorada, and is tentatively scheduled for completion in early 2023.
