Our biggest project to date was completed at the end of December, 2020. Sixteen affordable housing units now stand at 88041 Overseas Highway, thanks to our partners and supporters.
Each townhome is 2 bedroom/ 2.5 bath with parking underneath, tile floors, impact doors and windows, and more! Eight of the units are being sold to new home owners, and the other eight are rentals.
This project was made possible through a 99-year ground lease with the Village of Islamorada, and the Monroe County Land Authority.

As of 2017, the seven-home Mandalay Building Project was the largest in Habitat's
25-year history in the Upper Keys.​

The final home of the two and three bedroom houses, located at MM 97 Oceanside in Key Largo, was completed in the summer of 2017 four years after the first groundbreaking.
